At Peace Counseling

Thank you for visiting my web page. I help people with a

wide variety of life stressors, and as a therapist, my goal is

to help you let go of the barriers that prevent you from living

your full potential. I work with both couples and individuals,

and I am open to evening and weekend appointments.

What I specialize in:

About Matthew:

I have always had a passion for discovery and the science of human behavior. When the opportunity presented itself in 2003, I moved from England where I was born and raised to Utah to pursue further education. I have an excitement for the work I do, and this will become apparent when we work together. For me, being a therapist is an honor and privilege. Witnessing people grow and overcome difficult obstacles is simply inspiring, and I hope that I get the opportunity to witness your incredible journey.
